We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. We will just start there since by the time I saw the crew come in and clean everything as if I was buying the house again, there is no way he an I could of done even anywhere close to what they did. I am absolutely speechless and feel so relaxed knowing anyone who comes over, I don’t have to think in the back of my mind about the dirty spots I have been meaning to get to also. Best thing of all was my husbands response saying let’s just have them do it next year too. So relieved! I didn’t want to do it either haha! It’s a great service that was easy to schedule and very convenient. My house was power washed and it was amazing how different it looked after being cleaned. I didn’t realize how dirty my windows, shutters, gutters, trim and siding were until it was power washed. My gutters were also cleaned of leaves during the same appointment and I have peace of mind going into winter knowing they are clear. I would definitely call them again.

Very happy with my experience with J&J! Great communication and friendly. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and reminded me to lock all windows before they started. They were quick but did a thorough job, my house is white again and my gutters are clean! They were also considerate of my flower beds around the house. I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.

The gutters aren't new and he took great care to thoroughly clean them all out AND clean off the roof so they wouldn't fill back up! John just finished power washing the house where mildew had formed because the sun does not get to that side.....and it looks like new siding. All the dark spots and yuk are gone. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! They need to offer a winter-time service so we keep them busy year-round ;-)

I had another company that was supposed to come clean my gutters and never showed up. I texted John Olson and he put me on his schedule the next day. He was able to come earlier than anticipated and did a great job.

John came out and cleaned our dryer vent and then jumped right into cleaning our siding of our house. John was very responsive to my questions and alerted me ahead of time for change of our scheduled time. I know things come up and feel like most companies leave you hanging, not true with this company. John did a great job and we will definitely be using their service in the future.
Very responsive! They came on time and did a thorough job washing the house, including removing all of the mildew. Have them clean your garbage cans, too! Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

When they came out they were very friendly and had me walk around after to make sure I was happy with the job. They did an amazing job! We had 13 years of grime and the house looks terrific! J & J POWER WASHING did an excellent job. From getting a quick estimate that was very fair to the timely job itself which was very thorough. The white vinyl siding, windows & screens looked Amazing! Also my garage door was done. Careful consideration to my landscaping was taken. Curtis walked me around the house after the job was done to make sure I was happy with everything. We had our house soft washed this week and we're very happy with the results. The house looks so fresh and bright, and the build-up of grey/green gunk on the north side is gone! John and his partner were just finishing up a job at a neighbor's house here in Batavia. We had just been discussing finding someone to clean out a clogged downspout on the gutter of our house. We have a walkout basement, which means you need a 3 story ladder to do the job! I spoke to John as he was loading up his ladders. He took a quick look and quoted a reasonable fee. The job was completed in no time and he was on his way to the next job. We couldn't be happier with the results!! I contacted John for a price on having gutter guards installed. In the past I had a company come out and try to give me a sales pitch and take up a lot of my time. John showed me the product, measured, and answered all of my questions in about 15 min. John does top shelf work, is prompt, on time, has great communication, and is very respectful. John has been a pleasure to deal with. The gutter guards have been working very well for me so far and I’m very happy I had them put on. I can tell John pays attention to detail which I really appreciate. I would not hesitate hiring him again for any other work I need done.
