We have had really bad storms lately , the down fall we just had showed us how much the gutters were clogged , I saw the add and Sent a message and they answered quick and got to my house in a timely manner , I recommend these guys as we got another rain fall and it did not look like a waterfall, Thank you J&J .

John and his partner were just finishing up a job at a neighbor's house here in Batavia. We had just been discussing finding someone to clean out a clogged downspout on the gutter of our house. We have a walkout basement, which means you need a 3 story ladder to do the job! I spoke to John as he was loading up his ladders. He took a quick look and quoted a reasonable fee. Job well done on siding cleaning. Prep instructions given such as moving items close to building, put cars in garage or further away from house, close/lock all windows etc. Highly recommend them, easy to work with, insured, bonded & got great results removing algae, green spots on siding.

It’s a great service that was easy to schedule and very convenient. My house was power washed and it was amazing how different it looked after being cleaned. I didn’t realize how dirty my windows, shutters, gutters, trim and siding were until it was power washed. My gutters were also cleaned of leaves during the same appointment and I have peace of mind going into winter knowing they are clear. I would definitely call them again.

John responded immediately to my Facebook inquiry and I was delighted to find out he serves my area! He quoted me prices that were very fair and then came right out the same day to clean my gutters! The gutters aren't new and he took great care to thoroughly clean them all out AND clean off the roof so they wouldn't fill back up! He cleaned up the stuff that came out of the gutters and they look great and they drain, which is a HUGE relief! I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.

John just finished power washing the house where mildew had formed because the sun does not get to that side.....and it looks like new siding. All the dark spots and yuk are gone. Told me cleaning solution was a "secret" family receipt, but whatever, it worked. So pleased with his work and highly recommend.

We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. We will just start there since by the time I saw the crew come in and clean everything as if I was buying the house again, there is no way he an I could of done even anywhere close to what they did. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! Then the service was incredible I have not had my aluminum siding cleaned in 20+ years it looks brand new AND he cleaned my drivit which usually no one will touch for anything and my house looks freshly painted within an hour for a fraction of the cost. John is delightful. I highly recommend him and his power washing services.
These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! They need to offer a winter-time service so we keep them busy year-round ;-)

J & J POWER WASHING did an excellent job. From getting a quick estimate that was very fair to the timely job itself which was very thorough. The white vinyl siding, windows & screens looked Amazing! Also my garage door was done. Careful consideration to my landscaping was taken. Curtis walked me around the house after the job was done to make sure I was happy with everything. We had our house soft washed this week and we're very happy with the results. The house looks so fresh and bright, and the build-up of grey/green gunk on the north side is gone! Called for an estimate. They were fast with a reply. We agreed at a reasonable price. They were the cheapest and they worked hard. The work was done right. Zero issues. They were on time. A 5 star operation and company. John gave us a quote and when he came to soft wash the outside of our house, he realized it was smaller than he thought, so lowered our price. J&J did a great job cleaning the exterior of our house (painted cedar siding), detached garage and stone chimneys. They arrived on schedule, clearly communicated their work plan, and did an excellent job. They walked around with us before packing up to make sure there were no missing spots.
