We have a walkout basement, which means you need a 3 story ladder to do the job! I spoke to John as he was loading up his ladders. He took a quick look and quoted a reasonable fee. It’s a great service that was easy to schedule and very convenient. My house was power washed and it was amazing how different it looked after being cleaned. I didn’t realize how dirty my windows, shutters, gutters, trim and siding were until it was power washed. I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. John just finished power washing the house where mildew had formed because the sun does not get to that side.....and it looks like new siding. All the dark spots and yuk are gone. 5 Star Company: Work, Friendliness, and Competitive Rates We hired J & J for gutter cleaning and house washing, and we couldn’t be more pleased. John has a great website and his communication throughout: answering questions, scheduling, completion of the project, and afterward was superb. The work he did was excellent. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you!
