We had our house soft washed this week and we're very happy with the results. The house looks so fresh and bright, and the build-up of grey/green gunk on the north side is gone! J and J Power Washing did our whole house, sidewalk and two large decks. The decks were heavily oxidized and kind of ugly. When he finished, they looked almost new. We are delighted with the job.

I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! I contacted J&J less than a week ago to inquire about power washing the siding of my home. I left a message and received an immediate response and set an appointment convenient for my schedule. Simple instructions were provided as to to what needed to be done prior to John’s arrival. As was promised, he texted when he was on his way and once he arrived, he was professional and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend J&J for any power washing needs.

Very happy with my experience with J&J! Great communication and friendly. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and reminded me to lock all windows before they started. They were quick but did a thorough job, my house is white again and my gutters are clean! They were also considerate of my flower beds around the house. Pointed out a few things about the age of my roof and gutters (which I already knew, but it shows they're paying attention, and was appreciated feedback). I would definitely use their services again!

I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! Last year, John cleaned our dryer vents. This year, I asked him to come back and clean the vents again plus power wash the house. I’m so glad I did! Our house looks so clean now!

We just had our gutters and dryer vent cleaned by J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning. They were very respectful, honest, trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. John let me know when he was on the way and confirmed all appointments with me via text - it is hard to find a company that stays true to their word. They did a superb job and could not be happier. Thank you John - I could not recommend them enough!

These guys do it right. Removed leaf guards and checked all downspouts. Everything works beautifully!

They were very prompt to communicate, had very reasonable pricing that was either right in line or cheaper than other quotes I had received, and they were even flexible and accommodating when I inquired an add-on power washing job. John and his partner were just finishing up a job at a neighbor's house here in Batavia. We had just been discussing finding someone to clean out a clogged downspout on the gutter of our house. We have a walkout basement, which means you need a 3 story ladder to do the job! I spoke to John as he was loading up his ladders. He took a quick look and quoted a reasonable fee. The job was completed in no time and he was on his way to the next job. We couldn't be happier with the results!! John was incredible he responded to FB inquiry within minutes he scheduled my siding power washing service within hours and then when I had a conflict he rescheduled me for the day BEFORE! Then the service was incredible I have not had my aluminum siding cleaned in 20+ years it looks brand new AND he cleaned my drivit which usually no one will touch for anything and my house looks freshly painted within an hour for a fraction of the cost. John is delightful. I highly recommend him and his power washing services.
