Contacted J&J regarding gutter cleaning and almost immediately heard from John in reply. An appointment was made for the following day and he came out as promised. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. John and the team were quick to reach out after I requested a quote for my deck, house and gutters to be washed/cleaned. Provided me with all the necessary details I was looking for right away and were out to complete the work within a few days. Carson did a great job and kept me informed on the progress of the work being done along the way. Number is saved for future needs and my neighbors have already commented on the work and seem interested in reaching out to J&J as well for their needs.

Great service, John stopped by and was done relatively quickly for the task at hand, I was skeptical at first in all honesty, but he walked me through all that he accomplished after to reassure. Very friendly guy and great job on the gutters, would 100% pay him again to help out.

J & J POWER WASHING did an excellent job. From getting a quick estimate that was very fair to the timely job itself which was very thorough. The white vinyl siding, windows & screens looked Amazing! Also my garage door was done. Careful consideration to my landscaping was taken. Curtis walked me around the house after the job was done to make sure I was happy with everything. I highly recommend J & J.

These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! They need to offer a winter-time service so we keep them busy year-round ;-)

John came out and cleaned our dryer vent and then jumped right into cleaning our siding of our house. John was very responsive to my questions and alerted me ahead of time for change of our scheduled time. I know things come up and feel like most companies leave you hanging, not true with this company. John did a great job and we will definitely be using their service in the future.
