Contacted J&J regarding gutter cleaning and almost immediately heard from John in reply. An appointment was made for the following day and he came out as promised. John quickly got to work, and within the hour he had not only completed the job at hand, but gave free estimates for pressure washing my home and painting my windows in the near future. He even made the time to clean the gutters of a neighbor across the street that saw my work being performed so quickly and professionally. I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.

John and his partner were just finishing up a job at a neighbor's house here in Batavia. We had just been discussing finding someone to clean out a clogged downspout on the gutter of our house. Then the service was incredible I have not had my aluminum siding cleaned in 20+ years it looks brand new AND he cleaned my drivit which usually no one will touch for anything and my house looks freshly painted within an hour for a fraction of the cost. John just finished power washing the house where mildew had formed because the sun does not get to that side.....and it looks like new siding. All the dark spots and yuk are gone. Told me cleaning solution was a "secret" family receipt, but whatever, it worked. So pleased with his work and highly recommend.

I contacted John for a price on having gutter guards installed. In the past I had a company come out and try to give me a sales pitch and take up a lot of my time. John showed me the product, measured, and answered all of my questions in about 15 min. John does top shelf work, is prompt, on time, has great communication, and is very respectful. John has been a pleasure to deal with. The gutter guards have been working very well for me so far and I’m very happy I had them put on. I can tell John pays attention to detail which I really appreciate. I would not hesitate hiring him again for any other work I need done.

J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning did an amazing job at our home today. Very good communication and efficient work. We had our dryer vent cleaned, gutters cleaned, a soft wash on the house and the large stinky recycling bin cleaned out, all done within a few hours. It would have taken us all weekend. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! I was extremely pleased with the soft wash cleaning of my vinyl sided home today. John was so accommodating with some scheduling issues I had. He was in constant communication with me and was a genuinely nice gentleman to do business with. My house looks great and I highly recommend J & J!

John answered my query quickly and professionally and came out the next day. He immediately cleaned out my gutters and then gave free estimates for work to be done for pressure washing and window painting. I was very pleased with his work so far and am sure that I’ll be just as happy with the pressure wash and windows. John also cleaned the gutters on my sister’s home across the street while he was here. Customer service just couldn’t be better! UPDATE: Pressure wash completed and just as quick and professional as the previous work done. Once the window paint is completed, I’ll be back to report. Great job!

I had my gutters cleaned and was extremely pleased. He was on time and text me everything he was doing to my house. His prices are Awesome! My gutters were disgusting and had a tree growing out of it! He did an amazing job and he ain’t kidding when he cleans up his mess. Very pleased with this company. I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.
