John returned my call promptly and quickly scheduled us for a gutter cleaning we needed because of clogged downspout. He arrived on time and quickly identified and resolved the problem. He checked all our other gutters as well. Very satisfied with his work.

Simple instructions were provided as to to what needed to be done prior to John’s arrival. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! You do great work at a great price and are just an all around wonderful human being. God bless you and your family!
Last year, John cleaned our dryer vents. This year, I asked him to come back and clean the vents again plus power wash the house. I’m so glad I did! Our house looks so clean now!

Reached out to John today via his website. I needed 2 decks power washed quickly to prep for painting. He was in the neighborhood, so came by within a couple hours and gave me a price that beat other estimates I had been given. John was incredible he responded to FB inquiry within minutes he scheduled my siding power washing service within hours and then when I had a conflict he rescheduled me for the day BEFORE! Then the service was incredible I have not had my aluminum siding cleaned in 20+ years it looks brand new AND he cleaned my drivit which usually no one will touch for anything and my house looks freshly painted within an hour for a fraction of the cost. John is delightful. I highly recommend him and his power washing services.
Contacted J&J regarding gutter cleaning and almost immediately heard from John in reply. An appointment was made for the following day and he came out as promised. John quickly got to work, and within the hour he had not only completed the job at hand, but gave free estimates for pressure washing my home and painting my windows in the near future. He even made the time to clean the gutters of a neighbor across the street that saw my work being performed so quickly and professionally. We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. We will just start there since by the time I saw the crew come in and clean everything as if I was buying the house again, there is no way he an I could of done even anywhere close to what they did. I am absolutely speechless and feel so relaxed knowing anyone who comes over, I don’t have to think in the back of my mind about the dirty spots I have been meaning to get to also. These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! They need to offer a winter-time service so we keep them busy year-round ;-)

John just finished power washing the house where mildew had formed because the sun does not get to that side.....and it looks like new siding. All the dark spots and yuk are gone. The gutters aren't new and he took great care to thoroughly clean them all out AND clean off the roof so they wouldn't fill back up!
