These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. They were very easy to work with. I reached out for a quote on gutter cleaning and installation of gutter guards. They responded back quickly with a quote which was very fair with the amount of work done. I supplied the gutter guards for them to install. Very happy with my experience with J&J! Great communication and friendly. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and reminded me to lock all windows before they started. They were quick but did a thorough job, my house is white again and my gutters are clean! They were also considerate of my flower beds around the house. John and his partner were just finishing up a job at a neighbor's house here in Batavia. We had just been discussing finding someone to clean out a clogged downspout on the gutter of our house. We have a walkout basement, which means you need a 3 story ladder to do the job! I spoke to John as he was loading up his ladders. He took a quick look and quoted a reasonable fee. Contacted J&J regarding gutter cleaning and almost immediately heard from John in reply. An appointment was made for the following day and he came out as promised. John quickly got to work, and within the hour he had not only completed the job at hand, but gave free estimates for pressure washing my home and painting my windows in the near future. I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.

John came out and cleaned our dryer vent and then jumped right into cleaning our siding of our house. John was very responsive to my questions and alerted me ahead of time for change of our scheduled time. I know things come up and feel like most companies leave you hanging, not true with this company. John did a great job and we will definitely be using their service in the future.
