These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! J&J did a great job cleaning the exterior of our house (painted cedar siding), detached garage and stone chimneys. They arrived on schedule, clearly communicated their work plan, and did an excellent job. They walked around with us before packing up to make sure there were no missing spots.

I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.
Very happy with my experience with J&J! Great communication and friendly. They arrived on time, introduced themselves and reminded me to lock all windows before they started. They were quick but did a thorough job, my house is white again and my gutters are clean! They were also considerate of my flower beds around the house. Pointed out a few things about the age of my roof and gutters (which I already knew, but it shows they're paying attention, and was appreciated feedback). I would definitely use their services again!

Contacted J&J regarding gutter cleaning and almost immediately heard from John in reply. An appointment was made for the following day and he came out as promised. John quickly got to work, and within the hour he had not only completed the job at hand, but gave free estimates for pressure washing my home and painting my windows in the near future. I highly recommend. Very responsive, punctual, and professional. John moved very quickly and didn’t waste any time. Initially came to clean my gutters which were in awful shape. Decided to install gutter guards on short notice… no problem!!! He had all materials at the ready and 30 minutes later BOOM! Guards installed. Very fairly priced. They look great! Thank you John!!

John checked all the boxes when it comes to providing a service. It was good quality, good value, totally professional and incredibly responsive. J & J power washing exceeded my expectations in every way! My power washer broke and we planned to have a big wedding party in my back yard in 2 weeks and John was able to get us in before the party! The green is gone from my siding! Couldn’t be happier. Everything looked great!
