I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.

John and his partner were just finishing up a job at a neighbor's house here in Batavia. We had just been discussing finding someone to clean out a clogged downspout on the gutter of our house. We have a walkout basement, which means you need a 3 story ladder to do the job! I spoke to John as he was loading up his ladders. He took a quick look and quoted a reasonable fee. We had Carson come in (Aug 2024) to clean our roof gutters. Very timely, professional and knowledgeable.

We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. We will just start there since by the time I saw the crew come in and clean everything as if I was buying the house again, there is no way he an I could of done even anywhere close to what they did. I am absolutely speechless and feel so relaxed knowing anyone who comes over, I don’t have to think in the back of my mind about the dirty spots I have been meaning to get to also. Best thing of all was my husbands response saying let’s just have them do it next year too. So relieved! I didn’t want to do it either haha! Simple instructions were provided as to to what needed to be done prior to John’s arrival. These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! I contacted John for a price on having gutter guards installed. In the past I had a company come out and try to give me a sales pitch and take up a lot of my time. John showed me the product, measured, and answered all of my questions in about 15 min. John does top shelf work, is prompt, on time, has great communication, and is very respectful. John has been a pleasure to deal with. The gutter guards have been working very well for me so far and I’m very happy I had them put on. I can tell John pays attention to detail which I really appreciate. I would not hesitate hiring him again for any other work I need done.

I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! We just had our gutters and dryer vent cleaned by J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning. They were very respectful, honest, trustworthy and pleasant to deal with. John let me know when he was on the way and confirmed all appointments with me via text - it is hard to find a company that stays true to their word. They did a superb job and could not be happier.
