They were pretty professional closing the outside camera , awning, key holes from water damage. Reasonable price compared to all others. Great job and keep up the great work. Really appreciate doing this. Totally agree with all the other great reviews about them in google. Will definitely use them again and refer to any friend’s houses too. adding some pre wash and post wash videos here. Had a 1 minute video, but looks like google only allows 30 seconds.

We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. We will just start there since by the time I saw the crew come in and clean everything as if I was buying the house again, there is no way he an I could of done even anywhere close to what they did. I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! Last year, John cleaned our dryer vents. This year, I asked him to come back and clean the vents again plus power wash the house. I’m so glad I did! Our house looks so clean now!

John did a very professional job of power/pressure washing our vinyl siding. He kept us informed all the way along and was on time for the estimate and for the work done. It was a pleasure to have such a clean, sparkling home (on the outside). One of the best professionals we've ever used.

We had our house soft washed this week and we're very happy with the results. The house looks so fresh and bright, and the build-up of grey/green gunk on the north side is gone! J&J also took great care not to damage any of my numerous plants and flowers near the house. They were timely and courteous. Great Job!

These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! They need to offer a winter-time service so we keep them busy year-round ;-)

Then the service was incredible I have not had my aluminum siding cleaned in 20+ years it looks brand new AND he cleaned my drivit which usually no one will touch for anything and my house looks freshly painted within an hour for a fraction of the cost. John is delightful. I highly recommend him and his power washing services.

Contacted J&J regarding gutter cleaning and almost immediately heard from John in reply. An appointment was made for the following day and he came out as promised. John quickly got to work, and within the hour he had not only completed the job at hand, but gave free estimates for pressure washing my home and painting my windows in the near future. Job well done on siding cleaning. Prep instructions given such as moving items close to building, put cars in garage or further away from house, close/lock all windows etc. Highly recommend them, easy to work with, insured, bonded & got great results removing algae, green spots on siding.
