we have used this company before for our gutters and this time we had them do gutters and our deck…. have NOTHING but HIGH PRAISE for the work they preformed, SUPER PROFESSIONAL, kept us informed on when they arrived, progress on job and when they finished. clean up was good, can’t really tell that they were there (trust me, my wife would have noticed). gonna have them do whole house next week

A 5 star operation and company. John gave us a quote and when he came to soft wash the outside of our house, he realized it was smaller than he thought, so lowered our price. I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.

Jon cleaned our gutters and installed gutter guards. I never thought I’d say gutter guards look good, but these do! Jon was quick to respond to my inquiry and did quality work.

We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. It’s a great service that was easy to schedule and very convenient. My house was power washed and it was amazing how different it looked after being cleaned. I didn’t realize how dirty my windows, shutters, gutters, trim and siding were until it was power washed. My gutters were also cleaned of leaves during the same appointment and I have peace of mind going into winter knowing they are clear. I would definitely call them again.

I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! John was incredible he responded to FB inquiry within minutes he scheduled my siding power washing service within hours and then when I had a conflict he rescheduled me for the day BEFORE! Then the service was incredible I have not had my aluminum siding cleaned in 20+ years it looks brand new AND he cleaned my drivit which usually no one will touch for anything and my house looks freshly painted within an hour for a fraction of the cost. John is delightful. I highly recommend him and his power washing services.

I contacted John for a price on having gutter guards installed. In the past I had a company come out and try to give me a sales pitch and take up a lot of my time. John showed me the product, measured, and answered all of my questions in about 15 min. John does top shelf work, is prompt, on time, has great communication, and is very respectful. John has been a pleasure to deal with. The gutter guards have been working very well for me so far and I’m very happy I had them put on. I can tell John pays attention to detail which I really appreciate. I would not hesitate hiring him again for any other work I need done.

He did excellent work on both jobs and was extremely responsive and followed through before and after the job. To me, what was just as important was the work itself, sometimes it is so hard to just get someone to return your call anymore and John always answered my questions and made sure the work was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend his service!

I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! I was very impressed by the rapid response and communication. I hired them to power wash my home as well as my patio and fence surrounding my patio. My fence looks like new again. I wish I had a before picture. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend.
