What a great experience! I was referred to J&J and after contacting them, their response was quick. Setting up a day for services was easy, they arrived promptly and kept in contact with me on services done. While I can't see inside my gutters I trust they were cleaned well. They sent a picture of what they got out of my dryer vent (oh goodness) and my landscaping stones were powerwashed very nicely. Thank you so much! Job well done on siding cleaning. Prep instructions given such as moving items close to building, put cars in garage or further away from house, close/lock all windows etc. Highly recommend them, easy to work with, insured, bonded & got great results removing algae, green spots on siding.

John answered my query quickly and professionally and came out the next day. He immediately cleaned out my gutters and then gave free estimates for work to be done for pressure washing and window painting. I was very pleased with his work so far and am sure that I’ll be just as happy with the pressure wash and windows. John also cleaned the gutters on my sister’s home across the street while he was here. Customer service just couldn’t be better! UPDATE: Pressure wash completed and just as quick and professional as the previous work done. Once the window paint is completed, I’ll be back to report. Great job!

John and his partner were just finishing up a job at a neighbor's house here in Batavia. We had just been discussing finding someone to clean out a clogged downspout on the gutter of our house. We have a walkout basement, which means you need a 3 story ladder to do the job! I spoke to John as he was loading up his ladders. He took a quick look and quoted a reasonable fee. I contacted John for a price on having gutter guards installed. In the past I had a company come out and try to give me a sales pitch and take up a lot of my time. John showed me the product, measured, and answered all of my questions in about 15 min. John does top shelf work, is prompt, on time, has great communication, and is very respectful. John has been a pleasure to deal with. The gutter guards have been working very well for me so far and I’m very happy I had them put on. Then the service was incredible I have not had my aluminum siding cleaned in 20+ years it looks brand new AND he cleaned my drivit which usually no one will touch for anything and my house looks freshly painted within an hour for a fraction of the cost. They were quick but did a thorough job, my house is white again and my gutters are clean! They were also considerate of my flower beds around the house. Pointed out a few things about the age of my roof and gutters (which I already knew, but it shows they're paying attention, and was appreciated feedback). I would definitely use their services again!

We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. We will just start there since by the time I saw the crew come in and clean everything as if I was buying the house again, there is no way he an I could of done even anywhere close to what they did. It’s a great service that was easy to schedule and very convenient. My house was power washed and it was amazing how different it looked after being cleaned. I didn’t realize how dirty my windows, shutters, gutters, trim and siding were until it was power washed. My gutters were also cleaned of leaves during the same appointment and I have peace of mind going into winter knowing they are clear. I would definitely call them again.

I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. We will just start there since by the time I saw the crew come in and clean everything as if I was buying the house again, there is no way he an I could of done even anywhere close to what they did. These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! They need to offer a winter-time service so we keep them busy year-round ;-)

I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. He was extremely professional and kind and finished as quickly as he told me he would. I will not hesitate to call him next year…hopefully before mid-December! Great job John, thank you! These guys do it right. Removed leaf guards and checked all downspouts. Everything works beautifully!

J & J POWER WASHING did an excellent job. From getting a quick estimate that was very fair to the timely job itself which was very thorough. The white vinyl siding, windows & screens looked Amazing! Also my garage door was done. Careful consideration to my landscaping was taken. Curtis walked me around the house after the job was done to make sure I was happy with everything. we have used this company before for our gutters and this time we had them do gutters and our deck…. have NOTHING but HIGH PRAISE for the work they preformed, SUPER PROFESSIONAL, kept us informed on when they arrived, progress on job and when they finished. clean up was good, can’t really tell that they were there (trust me, my wife would have noticed). gonna have them do whole house next week

We had our house soft washed this week and we're very happy with the results. The house looks so fresh and bright, and the build-up of grey/green gunk on the north side is gone! A 5 star operation and company. John gave us a quote and when he came to soft wash the outside of our house, he realized it was smaller than he thought, so lowered our price. He did such a great job that our neighbor hired him on the spot to do his house. He went right next door and did his house. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
