We had a great experience with these two hardworking guys who came out to pressure wash our cement patio, wood deck, and garage floor after a long, salty, messy winter. Our porch area had become especially dirty from numerous potted plants, outdoor furniture, a grill, and an adjacent large flower garden, so it was quite a job. They arrived right on time, were polite, friendly, and respectful, and worked carefully and efficiently the entire time they were here. When they finished, our cement patio and wood deck looked fresh and clean again, and the garage floor cleanup made a huge difference. It's refreshing to see people text you back when you reach out, show up when they say they will and take pride in their work. These guys do great work - you WANT their fridge magnet mounted in the "Area of Honor" on your fridge. I have a larger 2-story "neo-Victorian" with tall gutters that pick up TONS of maple leaves this time of year - BAD FOR GUTTERS. J&J made short work of my gutters this year, with ZERO traces of leaves on the ground and ZERO stains on my siding. Job well done! They need to offer a winter-time service so we keep them busy year-round ;-)

I have a very bad habit of procrastinating and this week I went in search of someone to clean my gutters before the snow flies. When asking for recommendations on my local FB group, I did not receive one! So I resort to google. Called a company that refused to quote without coming all the way out to see my house. Texted another company for a quote, per their website and I have still have not heard back from them. And then I found J&J Power Washing and Gutter Cleaning in Sycamore. I called and left a voice mail and within a few hours John called back. Less than an hour after that he texted me a quote and told me he could get to my house the next day. So of course I accepted. He was running a little behind on the day of service and texted me a new time.. only 45 minutes later, which he was spot on. I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I have used J&J twice now. I am very happy with both services rendered. Last year, I called them to clean my gutters, they knocked it out in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. Just today, I had them power wash my patio and home. I am extremely pleased with how it came out. We recently purchased our home, one of the suggestions made on the home inspection was to have the house power washed. It came out looking like the house had just been painted. I don’t think it had been washed in years and I am very please with the quality of the work and cost. I would highly recommend these services and I will have them back in the fall to do my gutters again. 100% recommend.

We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. We will just start there since by the time I saw the crew come in and clean everything as if I was buying the house again, there is no way he an I could of done even anywhere close to what they did. Contacted J&J regarding gutter cleaning and almost immediately heard from John in reply. An appointment was made for the following day and he came out as promised. John quickly got to work, and within the hour he had not only completed the job at hand, but gave free estimates for pressure washing my home and painting my windows in the near future. John and the team did a great job with my gutter mess at my 1905 Elwood historic home downtown DeKalb. Gutters and downspouts were overflowing and some of the water was causing damage to the house. I felt guilty how little they charged. Just being honest.

We have had been lacking on our house for the last few years due to my Husband’s health issues so I figured it was going to be too much to handle. John came out and cleaned our dryer vent and then jumped right into cleaning our siding of our house. John was very responsive to my questions and alerted me ahead of time for change of our scheduled time. I know things come up and feel like most companies leave you hanging, not true with this company. John did a great job and we will definitely be using their service in the future.
